Monitoring Visits
Monthly Monitoring Inspections are an integral part of the
Sentricon* II Advanced Termite Control System
This is what enables us to ensure that properties are safe from Termite attacks.
Monthly Inspections can be done on a "ring first" basis if necessary (ie the property is normally locked) or on a drop by anytime basis if the property is accessible at all times.
Our Inspectors will check all monitoring stations on the property and leave the result of the visit in your Monitoring Service History Booklet in your meter box.
The Monitoring Service History Booklet will show whatever has taken place on the property on that particular visit.
It may show that activity was found and that a bait has been placed to begin the Colony Elimination process. It may show that wood has been replaced, or that all was clear on the property
Either way these inspections will keep you up to date on the status of your property at all times.
