As soon as you place an order for an installation of the Sentricon Advanced Termite Control system, one of our Inspectors will phone you within a couple of days to arrange a visit to your property at a time convenient to you where he will do an external visual inspection of the property to ensure that there are no conditions present, such as wood to ground contact, that make your home more conducive to termite attack than necessary.

The inspector will also explain where he will be placing the monitoring devices and why they are going into those specific locations.

He will also work out how many monitors are required for your property. Most properties will only require the eight (8) devices that are included with your installation however some larger homes may require additional monitoring devices. These are charged at $74.80 each.

Once he has completed his inspection and discussed the number of monitors required with you for your approval he will then get you to authorise the documentation for the installation and then install the Sentricon Advanced Termite Control system.

This installation will contain the following:

1) FREE External Visual Inspection of you home.
2) Installation of the Sentricon Advanced Termite Control system incl 8 In-Ground Monitoring Stations
3) A complete walkthrough with our Inspector/Installer of any problems relating to your property
