Monthly Monitoring Prices

The monthly monitoring cost ranges from $36.00 to as low as $30.00 per month for customers on Direct Debit Authority

Each installation includes the first 8 monitoring stations.

Some properties require some extra stations, some may require 2 or 3 while others may require another 12, it just depends on the size of the home. Generally a 3 bedroom home will require 8 - 12 monitoring stations, a 4 bedroom home will require 12 - 16 monitoring stations and so on. Each property is different.

Either way if extra monitors are needed the cost is only $74.80 per monitor.
This price is flexible depending on how many stations are required.

"60 Day Interest Free Terms" where your Installation cost is split up into 3 easy monthly payments spaced a month apart. 33% on Installation, 33% a month later and a final payment for the balance a month later.

STANDARD Installation with payment of the $892.80 made on installation with monthly, quarterly or 6 monthly payments for monitoring (normally $36.00 per month, $30.00 per month for Pensioners)

How will my termite problem be treated and what results can I expect?

As soon as termites are found in a station, Sentricon In-Ground bait will be applied.

If termites are already present in the home, then a Sentricon Above Ground bait will be applied directly onto the area that is affected by the termites.Either way the Sentricon IG or AG bait will do its job and eliminate the colony.

How will you tell me what you find when you monitor Sentricon stations?

After each visit our inspector will leave details of the visit in the Monitoring Service History booklet which normally lives in your meter box.

How often will the technician be on site?

The inspector will be on site every month. Each time updating the records in your Monitoring Service History booklet.

Will it be the same technician each time?

Most definitely yes! It is extremely important for our inspector to get to know your property as well as he or she can. This will help him or her ensure that your property is always kept free of termites.
